Your prints will be shipped within 10 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.
We require a phone number and Email address for the courier and to send you tracking information.
Australia expect 2 to 3 days delivery depending on your location
International 3 to 20 days depending on your customs clearance
Our Guarantee
We pride ourselves on supplying you a beautiful print on the highest quality paper and ink. We search all around the world for unique items for your enjoyment and embellishment to your home or place of work.
Work commences as soon as an order placed and your prints to leave within the 10 days production time. It is important to supply your Email address so if there are any issues we can notify you of a delay.
All prints are meticulously checked before they are packed. We believe once you receive your print only open it with the assistance of a professional custom framer or photo finisher
Remember once the parcel is opened there are no guarantees.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your print arrives in a damaged package send us a picture of the damaged pack before opening. DO NOT OPEN AS ONCE THE TUBE IS OPENED WE DO NOT COVER FOR DAMAGE.
Transportation is out of our control and from time to time products do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact us at editions@colourfactory.com.au with a picture of the damaged tube (package).
